Exchanges and refunds are Not Allowed.

https://www.luxxers-my.com is not responsible for the damage cause during transportation.

However,only items with wrong and manufacturing defects are eligible for Exchange once only.Exchange requests that do not match the photos will not be accepted.(Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 3 days upon item received & return back the defective items within 7days .)

Please take a video to record the entire unboxing process.If it cannot be provided, we reserve the right not to replace the goods.
